This FUSE based file system allows you to browse the Apple Movie Trailers like a directory structure on your computer. appletrailerfs will be optimized for use with the Western Digital TV HD but does work with any operating system that is supported by FUSE.

Hello
I just found your website and saw this interesting software to the WD HD TV, but my question is (maybe i´m a little bit slow) how you can use this software to stream trailers from Apple when the unit doesn´t have access to the internet?
Best regards

It requires a modified firmware like ext3-boot or WDLXTV. More information can be found at http://wiki.wdtv.org/doku.php?id=wdtv_firmware_hacks

Hello,
I found out this program for the WDTV Live a few days ago.
But one of the first thing i get stuck on is that there are trailers in the list that plays AAC audio.
My Bose Lifestyle set displays it: AAC (SPDIF)
But i don’t hear any sound.
I found some solution on the Internet that i can with SSH: config_tool -c AUDIO_OUT=”0″
But when i go watch a movie that sound is also 2.0 stereo, so i have to switch over all the time.
Is it possible to add this audio option in appletrailerfs some way?
Thx To made it possible
